Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Topflightfares, we have a wide range of our services for you and can check them out before appointing us. We will first explain your concerns and get assurance that we have preceded the work by checking the accuracy of the work we offer you will understand and most of the above. If you have any questions about our service, job or anything else, you are welcome to visit our office, give us a request or call us before making a payment.

After you are satisfied, we are here to answer your query. We are happy to work with you and, after receiving your approval from you, apply your work on it immediately. Therefore, if you take your steps back after confirmation, in 3-4 working days the balance you have already paid will be refundable and credited to the bank account of the customer.

Within 24 hours of making your booking, there is no agency charge for cancellation. Within that time, however, some airlines may charge a fee. On the Airline Website, please refer to the Airline Policies. A penalty for cancellation will be subject to Airline Policies after the 24-hour period following your booking which will require an Agency Fee.

Our goal is to provide high-quality, professional services to all our clients. All periodic payment modes of Topflightfares are accepted. We meet with our clients and do our best to resolve all their questions and to begin working after approval. You are bound by this agreement and, by using our services, agree to comply with our policies. Topflightfares reserves the right to disable or cancel the user agreement if a customer is found to be in violation of our policies and this termination will not be refunded.
