- All cancellation requests are subject to a $25 agency service fee per ticket charged by My Flights LLC.
- In addition to our agency fee, the airline may impose its own cancellation fees, penalties, or fare rules.
- Certain tickets, including promotional, basic economy, or special fares, may be non-refundable and non-cancellable.
Refund Eligibility
- Refund eligibility is determined by the fare rules and conditions set by the airline.
- If the airline approves a refund, the refunded amount will be the original ticket cost minus any applicable airline penalties and the $25 agency service fee.
- If the airline classifies the ticket as non-refundable, no refund will be available unless otherwise permitted by the airline's policies.
Processing Time
- Once approved by the airline, refunds are generally processed back to the original form of payment.
- Refund processing times vary by airline and financial institution and may take several business days or longer.
