1. Booking & Traveler Information
Passengers' names must be entered exactly as they appear on their government-issued identification or passport. Name changes are generally not permitted after booking. Any allowed corrections may be subject to airline approval and applicable fees.
2. Fares & Ticketing
All fares are subject to availability and are not guaranteed until tickets are issued. Airlines and suppliers may change fares, schedules, or availability prior to ticketing. If a fare increases before ticket issuance, you will be notified and may choose to accept the new fare or cancel the booking without penalty.
3. Payment
We accept major credit and debit cards issued in the United States and Canada. All prices are displayed in U.S. Dollars (USD). Full payment authorization is required before tickets are issued. We reserve the right to verify payment information and decline transactions that cannot be validated.
4. Travel Documents
Passengers are solely responsible for obtaining and carrying all required travel documents, including passports, visas, health certificates, and any other documentation required by airlines or government authorities. TopFlightFares is not responsible for denied boarding or travel disruptions resulting from insufficient documentation.
5. Changes, Cancellations & Refunds
All changes, cancellations, refunds, and travel credits are subject to the fare rules of the applicable airline.
- A $25 agency service fee per ticket applies to cancellation requests.
- Airlines may charge additional cancellation, exchange, or refund fees.
- Certain tickets may be non-refundable and non-cancellable.
- Refunds, when approved, will be processed to the original form of payment and may take additional time to appear depending on the airline and financial institution.
6. Special Requests
Requests for seats, meals, baggage, frequent flyer numbers, or other special services are subject to airline availability and confirmation. Such requests cannot be guaranteed by TopFlightFares.
7. Chargebacks & Billing Disputes
If you have questions regarding a charge, please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your card issuer. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve billing concerns promptly.
8. Unaccompanied Minors
Travel for unaccompanied minors is subject to individual airline policies and restrictions. Customers are responsible for verifying applicable airline requirements before booking.
9. Limitation of Liability
TopFlightFares acts solely as a travel agency and intermediary between travelers and travel suppliers. We are not responsible for airline schedule changes, cancellations, delays, denied boarding, baggage issues, supplier errors, or other events beyond our control.
